Our focus groups consist of non-competing business owners with a passion to make their businesses succeed and help others along the way. Think of it as your own personal Board of Directors to bounce ideas off of and discuss recurring or specific problems you are facing. Having a sounding board of people who have likely had (or are having) the same or similar issues and have found solutions to them is priceless.
Our small groups (usually consisting of 8-12 members) are facilitated by a Management Advisor to help keep discussions focused and offer expert advice on your situations. All discussions are strictly confidential and the goal is to provide real solutions to your problems, and help find ways to improve your business and lifestyle.
